Arrival by Air
Newcastle Airport (at Williamtown) has flights with Virgin Blue and Jetstar from Melbourne and Brisbane. QantasLink from Sydney , Brisbane , Melbourne and Gold Coast.

Arrival by train
CityRail provides rail services to Newcastle and the lower Hunter. CountryLink trains link the Hunter with Sydney and Brisbane. Regular services stop at Broadmeadow ( Newcastle ), Maitland, Singleton, Dungog, Gloucester , Muswellbrook, Scone  and Murrurundi.

Arrival by car
Leave Sydney by the Harbour Bridge or Harbour Tunnel and follow the signs for Newcastle . Take the Newcastle Freeway to the exit marked Hunter Valley Vineyards

From Newcastle , or Port Stephens, take John Renshaw Drive via Kurri Kurri and simply follow the signs for Cessnock in the Hunter Valley . The Pacific and New England Highways connect with Queensland and The Golden Highway connects the New England Highway (between Branxton and Singleton) and Dubbo in the Central West.
